        Verdict

        Lexi's Hero is preferred to stablemates Mehdi and Gramercy but could have been better drawn. Roudee went close again here last time when ahead of Anonymous John despite a 9lb hike for his earlier win over 5f at the track while Mambo Paradise found only one too good over 7f here last month and could figure. Cruise Tothelimit goes well at this venue but PORTAMENTO won four times last year and gets another chance off his current mark having found life tough in an All-Weather Championship race on his comeback at Lingfield in April.
