Stall ten makes life tough for confirmed front-runner Il Castagno, and so we will turn to Daaweitza to win again at the main expense of Heywood. The selection has kept his form well this season and despite a career-high mark of 83 today, there appears no reason why he won't run a big race. The ground is in his favour and he can run well. Amongst the plethora of dangers, Silver Hotspur needs consideration given his excellent strike-rate, whilst Zomerlust is better than recent runs would suggest. Heywood did it well at the track last time, and along with fellow course winners Phluke and The Kiddykid needs respect. Captain Jacksparra hasn't got a great draw but his recent second came in a decent race, whereas fitness must be taken on trust for supporters of Kings Point who returns to the track. The market may provide some further clues, however it is Daaweitza who is given the vote.
