Verdict

SIGNORE PICCOLO may need luck in-running from stall one but has every chance of securing a favourable position. The form of his Haydock win was franked when runner-up Coolfitch went one better at Ayr nine days later and David Loughnane’s charge looks the one to beat. Invincible Ridge isn’t badly treated but has something to find with the selection. Aprovado is edging up the weights but should be in the firing-line again while Powerallied runs his best races here. This may be too competitive for the oft-placed pair Rosealee and Pushkin Museum.
