In depth

Verdict

Little or no form to go on with the exception of Richard Hannon's Oratorio fily, ROEDEAN. She's progressed well enough with racing, placing the last twice in decent Newmarket nurseries and her experience should prove invaluable against a field predominantly populated by newcomers. However, she has yet to encounter today's conditions and gets only a tentative vote. At this stage it's impossible to assess the relative merits of the debutants although Mark Johnston has a good strike rate at the track and his Good Morning Star is worth attention. Abundantly, Brundon and Little Dutch Girl are all of interest although it's a negative to see the latter blinkered for her racecourse debut.
