The three to note here are Le Chiffre, Chief Exec and Caustic Wit with the vote going to the last named. The selection has been in winning form at Bath Windsor and Epsom so far this season and keeps on defying the handicapper each time. He races off a four pound higher mark here since his most recent win last time out and we still feel there is more to come from this progressive gelding. Le Chiffre won back to back races at Wolverhampton and Haydock before losing nothing in defeat when fouth or eleven at Newbury last time out. That was a step up in grade but it does look as though the handicapper is now having the last laugh. Chief Exec enters calculations on some of his previous form but needs to improve on what he has showed of late and with that in mind we return to Caustic Wit.
