Verdict

SOUTH STACK was given a positive ride by Charles Greene to score in a boys' race at Towcester on Tuesday. He has an extra half-mile to cover here and there's always the danger that his reappearance will have taken something out of him but you can forgive Kim Bailey turning him out again quickly without a penalty and he's the one to beat. Rimini often runs well here but has been a bit disappointing this term while Hereford third Ricardo's Chance isn't getting any younger. Bennys Mist was second over C&D last time and is getting closer but is 3lb higher today.
