SALONTIGER is interesting in this company and is nominated ahead of I'm In The Pink and Finney Hill. Phillip Hobbs does well with his Flat runners and Salontiger has plenty of experience in this sphere having won two of his twenty one starts in Germany. He's been off the track for some time but his yard is capable of readying one on a return from an absence and it would be no surprise to see him go well. Finney Hill showed enough in maidens last term to believe that she could be a player on her handicap bow whilst the ground was against Holden Eagle last time and he's better than he showed there. Kidlat has ability but something to prove now as does Highland Love who failed to justify market support on his reappearance. Becuille should be competitive and it would be no surprise to see Khun John show up well on debut for a shrewd yard, Uig is a former winner of this race and I'm In The Pink represents last year's successful yard and has shown ability in maidens and appeals as one of the likelier candidates but Salontiger gets the nod.
