Mythical Blue, Caribbean Coral and Compton Classic should all go well in a competitive race but we'll take a chance with MISS FIREFLY. There are a good number in this line-up with solid claims but Ron Hodges has his string in good form at present and his Compton Place filly comes into this race on the back of a good run. Her strike rate is poor but she regularly hits the frame and may benefit from stronger handling. Caribbean Coral has run well the last twice in similar contests and should be competitive again whilst Compton Classic hails from a yard that places its horses well and he has plenty of form to his name that makes him of keen interest. Mythical Blue has made the frame in similar heats the last twice and makes the short-list whilst it would be no surprise to see Diane's Choice go well now dropped in grade but the suggestion is Miss Firefly.
