White Cliffs has run well this term without getting his head in front and he has been done no favours by the draw here, but in spite of that he should still be involved in the finish, while Scarrottoo's second to Halcyon Magic at Yarmouth last week, was made to look better when the winner followed up the next day at the same venue. There should be little between Patavellian and Hill Magic on their running here ten days ago, while Nearly A Fool (rated 96 at his best), is clearly some way below that nowadays, but this is his easiest task for a while and could well bounce back. However, the vote goes to Big Bopper, who was given far too much to do at Newmarket and if he is given a more positive ride here, he should make them all go.
