La Campanella has been kept busy this term and she shows no signs of going over the top. If she can re-produce her effort when a close up fourth to Golden Nun in a much better race than this at Doncaster, she looks the one to beat. No shortage of dangers, including handicap debutante Atheer, who will be better suited to this stiffer track, rather than the sharper circuit at Folkestone. Another to venture into handicap company for the first time Speak, a half-sister to a mile winer in Germany, will be more at home over this trip, while Triphibious is almost certainly better than she has shown so far.
