In depth

Verdict

Despite her stable's dire form at present, Dawnus should be capable of beating Heraclea in the maiden. Henry Cecil's charge proved that she can handle firm ground when finishing second to Chetak at Bath and there doesn't look to be anything of that calibre here. Heraclea looks the likeliest danger. She was a little disappointing last time out at Salisbury but may be suited by a step back up in trip. Pantita hails from an in-form yard and should be watched in the market for any clues. The remainder look difficult to fancy. Therefore we shall select Dawnus as our win selection with Heraclea to bring up the forecast spot.
