Verdict

Ron Harris has declared three runners for this race with Kinigi making least appeal, whilst STAMFORD BLUE and Hart Of Gold are evenly matched on these terms. Stamford Blue is the pick after a good run here and running off a comparable mark today he can take the win. The Jailer won here in June and although penalised since that win she still looks competitive having finished just a length behind the victor at Brighton latest. Elhamri was a talented juvenile who won the Newbury Super Sprint as well as a Listed contest at Ascot, but his powers have faded as he has got older. Cwmni is tried at the minimum trip for the first time since debut two years ago and despite a promising run at the course over six furlongs there is no guarantee the shorter distance will suit.
