In depth

Verdict

Falconidae and Mayfair Pompette have place claims again while Queen Of Silca is back in the right grade having failed to complete a four-timer in better company at Ascot last week. Quick Recap will strip fitter for her reappearance and Gloweth looks a threat to all if in the same mood as when winning by five lengths over course and distance last month. Madeleine Bond will benefit from Marco Ghiani’s claim and Zenaida is potentially well treated on her handicap debut but the same could be said of SPARKLING OLLY. She’s switched stables since again showing promise at Yarmouth and there should be plenty more to come.
