In depth

Verdict

My Lovely Lady has been knocking on the door lately, but has been found a good opportunity to finally gain some reward, while Dream Rose and Wizby can make sure she is pushed all the way to the line. Imperial Lucky is another to consider if the price is right and she can also go well for each-way backers. The last named was well in front of Zafantage when they met over course and distance in a similar race last month and has to be respected on that form. She is well weighted with Wizby on that from and should not be underestimated. Dream Rose won well at Pontefract 11 days ago and is also shortlisted as a danger. However, she now needs to post a career best effort and everything needs to go her way. My Lovely Rose, on the other hand, has maintained a steady level of form and, with the ground in her favour, she is in with a major chance of expanding her haul to a second career victory this evening.
