A very competitive nursery can go to the hat-trick seeking Brassini ahead of The Game and Ramblin Bob. Rod Millman's Bertolini colt has only been out of the first three once in five starts to date and that was on his debut. He has shown an aptitude for quick ground and shapes as if this extra furlong will be within his compass; he has course experience which will stand him in good stead also and he is a confident selection. The Game is just one of several unexposed performers, and Jim Boyle's colt is certainly on the upgrade having comprehensively disposed of the useful-enough Ramatni last time out. Maryolini and Caught In Paradise both scored when last seen, whilst Solent Ridge is consistent and looks the type to do well in nurseries. Gasmanfightsback and Ramblin Bob both drop in grade so deserve plenty of respect, however Brassini is on a roll and can make it three on the bounce.
