In depth

Verdict

Fieldsman won a lower grade contest under today’s apprentice at Wolverhampton last time and also scored here last summer. But GAMBON won off today’s mark over 6f at the track in September and a recent second at Leicester suggest a return to winning ways is imminent. Thrill Seeker has looked in the handicapper's grip since winning at Kempton while Mabre’s only success on the Turf so far came in soft ground and Top Secret is preferred debuting for a new yard.
