      Verdict

MONTE LINAS is out of a three-time winner on Turf so there is no reason why the Crisfords’ all-weather winner won’t handle the switch of surface. He is, however, giving 5lb to Art Of Romance, who was second to the unbeaten Covey on his only previous start on Turf, and 10lb to the unexposed filly Storymaker. Monty Bay was only beaten half-a-length on his reappearance at Kempton while Chelsea Square can only improve on a debut second at Newbury when ahead of Shaaden.
