Plenty with potential in this now tackling hurdles. Alyasan has already had a spin over timber but disappointed at Huntingdon when looking in need of further. Mister Miyagi won a couple of bumpers at Stratford in March while Drumlee Sunset was two from two in that sphere and still looked green when scoring at Exeter in February. NEWSWORTHY (NAP) was sent to the Punchestown Festival in April after landing the odds at Kempton in February. Held up well off the pace, he never got near the leaders that day but is obviously held in high regard and has a jumping pedigree so gets the nod here. Mr Kit Cat is another interesting hurdling debutant and could reward each-way support ahead of Nicely Indeed and the others.

Mister Miyagi (IRE) 3-1fav (11-10) Held up towards rear, headway over 4f out, soon challenged on inside, led 3f out, ridden and headed briefly 1f out, held on under pressure final furlong, won at Stratford 2m (5) gd in Mar beating Braavos (10-10) by nk, 13 ran.
Mr Kit Cat 8-1 (11-2) Held up in mid-division, headway 3f out, outpaced by leaders and no impression from over 1f out, kept on same pace inside final furlong, 4th of 14, 8 1/4l behind The Unit (10-9) at Newbury 2m (2) gd in Mar.
