Verdict

COOLE CODY (NAP) won twice off higher marks over fences here last season and was a close second in this race on his reappearance 12 months ago. He’ll be in the firing-line again and Francky Du Berlais is another smart chaser racing over the smaller obstacles off a potentially-lenient rating. Seddon was a fair third at Navan reverting to hurdles and Aurora Thunder was a progressive type over timber in the spring. Hooper is steadily slipping down the weights and had a wind operation in August but Fontana Ellissi could have done with more rain. Listentillitellyea has run some solid races in defeat but is now 0-14 while Spanish Present only won a Worcester maiden last month.
