Verdict

Hildisvini hasn't done a great deal wrong so far this season, winning twice at Huntingdon, though this is easily his toughest task to date over fences conceding weight all round. Broadbackbob also looks a nice prospect having won on his chasing bow at Plumpton, though more is needed here. Forgotten Gold was only third behind Hildisvini in October but got off the mark at Aintree next time. He may not be suited by the drop back in distance here, however, while Rebel Rebellion was put in his place by Captain Conan and others here last time but will appreciate the extra. SUPER DUTY has been a little novicey so far but is learning with experience and, getting weight from the four previous winners, can finally get off the mark over the larger obstacles today if jumping a little better.
