The penultimate race on the Cheltenham card will be run over a marathon trip and hopefully DENIS THE LEGEND can get his head in front from Mr Ed and What Of It. The selection looked like he needed the run on his latest start when finishing a good fourth on this course. That was only his second run back from a break and he should be fully tuned up today with a good jockey taking the reins. The trip is an unknown though but his pedigree gives him a chance of staying. Mr Ed is a course and distance winner and comes from a good summer jumping yard so he must be respected. The quicker the ground the better for Peter Bowen's charge and he will certainly be in the shake up. What Of It would have a chance if his jumping holds up and this quicker ground should aid his chance. Chabrimal Minster and Fair Question would hold live chances in softer conditions but the ground may be too quick for them. It's Like That is a decent hunter chaser but is a doubtful stayer over this trip and so we will put forward Denis The Legend.
