In depth

Verdict

Denvale gets the vote here with Mrs Be and Deep Pockets rating the main dangers. The selection won well last time out when beating Moscow Court. He is at his best when allowed to dominate in small fields and under conditions that suit he looks the one to be on. Mrs Be rates the main danger on her latest fourth behind The Bandit but she is often let down by her jumping and at likely odds looks worth taking on. Deep Pockets was a fair third behind Highway Oak last time and is another with place claims as he is still young and has scope for improvement . No Retreat finished in mid-division behind Whyso Mayo at Cheltenham last time and will find this easier so could go well at a price, but as Denvale looks assured an easy lead he looks the one to be on.
