But MAJBOOR went close again over 1m2f here off today’s mark having landed a double earlier and gets the vote back over his winning trip. Samphire Coast recorded a course and distance double early in the year but hasn’t raced since April while Makaarim drops back down in class after struggling in the Victoria Cup at Ascot back in May. Qaroun has yet to threaten in handicaps but Jus Pires and Wicker had both gone close before disappointing efforts on their latest starts and neither is out of this.
