Verdict

FAIR POWER defied a 3lb rise for winning a seller when scoring back here last week. A course and distance hat-trick looks on the cards for John Butler’s charge in a weak-looking handicap. Reddiac has a bit to find with the selection but Thunderoad went close over track and trip between his more usual modest efforts. Necoleta and Charlie Arthur are less exposed than most with the former preferred on a placed effort at Beverley.
