This looks between the two recent winners. Snowy Winter won easily over a shorter trip here last week though today’s distance should not be a problem on that evidence. But Luke Morris could afford to ease down ALTERNATE ROUTE in the closing stages of his victory over 2m at Lingfield and the runner-up St Andrews has already boosted the form by winning earlier in the week. Broughtons Admiral remains without a win having returned a losing favourite the last twice though finished ahead of Fortia last time and Black Prince looks a bigger threat on his placed effort over 2m at Kempton last month.
