        Verdict

        Lightning Charlie has every chance dropped in class for his reappearance but hasn’t raced since going close at Goodwood in October. Quick Look is another returning from an absence having joined Mick Easterby over the winner but he’s not badly treated either. However, Captain Lars has proved best over the minimum trip so far as when scoring here five days ago. FUJIN is upped 5lb for a recent course and distance success but won with a bit to spare. He’s preferred to amateur race winner Athassel and should go close again.
