In depth

Verdict

DUBAI WARRIOR is hard to oppose. Unbeaten so far, John Gosden continues his colt's education with a third run on an artificial surface and he can take this step up in class in his stride. The Trader is not overly consistent but boasts decent form and receives 8lb from the selection. Desert Fire fell out of the stalls at Epsom nine days ago so that run can be ignored. The Godolphin colt looks best of the older horses though Glen Shiel is worth a market check on debut for Archie Watson having had useful French form for Andre Fabre.
