ROYAL INTERVENTION hasn’t raced since second in the Princess Margaret at Ascot last summer when ahead of Chapelli. But Ed Walker’s charge gets the vote to make a winning return given her main rivals are drawn high today including Lady Aria, who won a maiden at the end of last year having placed in a Group 3 at Salisbury before that. Several have a recent run under their belts but Nashirah struggled in the Nell Gywn at Newmarket on her return from Meydan and returns to 6f along with Queen Jo Jo. The latter faded in the closing stages of the Fred Darling at Newbury last month but was placed in the Lowther at York last term while Blame Roberta finished third in Listed company at Bath on her reappearance. Beau Warrior has been notching up the wins at Dundalk but faces much tougher opposition today while the likes of Lufricia, Raheeb and the unbeaten Red Impression are all novice winners with bags of potential.
