Ed Dunlop looks to have spotted a good opportunity for VAULTAGE to break her duck, although there are concerns over the trip, while Royal Record and Masteeat are respected. The last-named represents a stable going well enough and she improved for her debut run when tried at Ffos Las on Wednesday. Back against her own sex here she should go well, although handicapping should ultimately be her thing. Royal Record has trip and conditions to suit, but her trainer's record at the track has been dismal in recent times and that is a definite negative. Newcomer Best Known Secret is likely to want rain to be seen to best effect, while Royal Cheer is likely to be better when sent handicapping, and Vaultage gets the nod. Ed Dunlop's charge has been runner-up in both maiden company and a handicap, the latter being the best form on offer here. The drop in trip is a bit of a concern, but she may still have the class to lead them home.
