Verdict

BARAWEEZ is a smart handicapper on his day who has been dropped to his lowest mark since 2014, which just enables him to get into this race. He hasn't run since September but if ready for this will take some beating. Right Action won a couple of times at Wolverhampton over the winter and returned to Turf with a victory over this trip at Doncaster. He's only been raised 3lb and looks well capable of another big effort. Our Charlie Brown needed his opening run last term but won four times subsequently including over the course and distance on soft ground in October. Magical Effect has never won over the trip but generally performs well in these sort of conditions but Twin Appeal disappointed when well supported on soft ground at Musselburgh.
