In depth

Verdict

The consistent Tartatartufata makes a quick return to the track and can gain the second victory of his career at the expense of Penang Sapphire and Little Biscuit. The selection took advantage of a lenient mark when taking a Southwell handicap last month. He has since put in some solid displays in defeat, including a close second to Angelofthenorth at Nottingham last Saturday. If that exertion hasn't taken it's toll he will be hard to beat today. Penang Sapphire looked in need of the run at Folkestone earlier this month and will strip a lot fitter this afternoon, he looks the main threat. The rest are very modest but at least Little Biscuit did manage a Southwell success at the end of last year. So a pretty modest contest and Tartatartufata is the safest option.
