Lethal has run respectably without too much success of late but the drop into selling company may bring about a change in fortune for Richard Fahey's gelding, who looks to have been found a suitable opportunity to resume winning ways, and he gets the vote ahead of Zamalik and Klarity. The last mentioned opened her account when landing a Nottingham seller earlier this month and she has to be respected on that evidence but she has plenty to find on official BHA ratings with the selection and finished last of 10 runners when last racing on a soft surface. Messiah Garvey also came good last time out when taking a Beverley seller and is another to consider but he would almost certainly prefer a much faster surface. Rainbow Bay has run well on softish ground before and has run better in recent starts so he makes more appeal than Mickleberry, who has done most of her racing on artificial surfaces. Zamalik disappointed on his reappearance but has solid claims on his form of last season so has to be respected but it is hard to get away from Lethal, who gets the vote.
