Treasure Cay can pay to follow at the expense of Playful Dane, Mr Wolf and Namir to name but three. Treasure Cay has leapt to the top of the handicap but appears to be coming back to his best judged on his latest victory at Leicester where he had the measure of Cape Royal all the way to the line. The latter has since run well at Newmarket, and Treasure Cay can follow up before being prepared for a winter in Dubai. Playful Dane has bits and pieces of form that give him a chance of bustling up the selection, but he will do well to come out on top, while Mr Wolf has gone off the boil, but his stable had a winner earlier this week and he is dangerous to leave out of calculations. Namir was successful at Thirsk and Hamilton in the summer and is weighted to turn the tables on Mimi Mouse on later Thirsk running. Treasure Cay lines up in form though and should make them all go.
