Verdict

Snowed In seeks a third course victory but is in the veteran stage now. Burnage Boy is better than he showed at Wetherby last month having finished ahead of Old Jewry here earlier. Exeter fourth Hartland Quay is worth a market check having travelled up from Devon but NOCTE VOLATUS has been in good form over fences this season and, though 0-8 over hurdles so far, races off a 12lb lower mark than when winning easily over the larger obstacles at Doncaster last week under Dylan Kitts. Shoughall's Boy is on a hat-trick but up a further 5lb.
