The mare CURRENT MOOD is the clear form pick. She was competing well in much better company on the run up to Christmas and, though dropped in trip, this galloping track will play to her strengths. Green Planet is almost certainly capable of better and Super Six has had wind surgery since fifth at Ascot in the autumn, though has a penalty to carry like Taunton maiden winner Kingofthewest. Pepe Le Moko is a half-brother to two winning jumpers but the four-year-old is having a baptism of fire in this.
