Verdict

DA VINCI HAND is no world-beater but won over a shorter trip here in December and will be carrying 2lb less thanks to Thomas Wilmott’s claim. Donladd has placed here over hurdles and looks to have strong claims if improving again on his latest third over fences at Wetherby. Massini Man races off the same mark as when second at Southwell and is preferred to Victory Echo, who wears first-time blinkers, of the others.
