Maid To Treasure is given another chance to lose her maiden tag, with Selkirk Grace and Classic Event capable of making a race of it. John Dunlop could have found an easy opportunity for this daughter of Rainbow Quest, who appears to have the best form on show. She finished an excellent fourth behind Haadef on good to soft ground at Sandown back in June and may have needed the run last time after a four month break. Today's company appear to be on the weak side, so it hard to get away from her chances. Selkirk Grace is very lightly raced, but put up an excellent effort at Leicester last time, finishing a close up fifth behind Platinum Pirate. That was his first run for almost two years, so improvement can be expected. Classic Event finished a well beaten second in a Thirsk handicap last time and on official ratings has a bit to find with the selection. Carriacou could prove best of the remainder, but Maid To Treasure has the more solid form and is given one last chance.
