    Verdict

Cygnet came nicely clear when scoring at Fontwell's recent hunter chase evening and it's lovely to see the Flat, hurdle and chase winner sustain enthusiasm now point-to-pointing and hunter chasing. He seems sure to go well but this is a first attempt at this trip and he faces different ground conditions to those that pertained at Fontwell. RAILWAY DILLON was a decent chaser for Donald McCain and is another best served with cut in the ground but he does act on a quicker surface and has gone well when runner-up on each of his last three starts under Rules. He was second in a point-to-point last time and that run should have put him cherry ripe for this assignment. Ganbei has been in good form between the flags and is respected along with prolific pointing winner Threapwood.
