Verdict
Most of these look limited but this unique track can do strange things to horses. Sam Lord is interesting but utterly quirky for his local yard and doesn't look to have his ground here and we'll stay with what the formbook tells us and side with OMID. He enjoys a consistent and reliable record over timber and ran really well last time when just nudged out of things over this trip at Kelso. Harry Challoner takes off a useful 3lb over this trip and and repeat of that last effort should see him go one better. Parles Pond showed improved form on his handicap debut and is of interest along with Whatsupjack, Turtle Cask and Stags Leap.
