Any Given Day is clearly best of these as official ratings demonstrate but needs to be forgiven a dreadful effort at Aintree last month when something was presumably amiss as he failed to beat a single rival home in a 22-runner handicap. He obviously has a fine chance if back to his best under the champion jockey. Maller Tree is consistent but his last two wins have come in selling grade whilst Granaruid is having a fine time of things at the age of 11 and only just succumbed to Trust Thomas latest in a competitive Hexham handicap. He should be in the mix again but a chance is taken with MASTERLEADERMAN. He's open to plenty of progression after just four starts over timber and was improving nicely until blowing out at Ayr last time. He's surely better than that and is a hopeful choice in a tricky contest off his lowly mark.
