COTSWOLDS disappointed on Saturday but if he takes his chance here then he could be worth sticking with; Strawberry Moon and Bere Davis rate as the main dangers. Mark Johnston's 4-year-old was unplaced at Beverley on Saturday but if he comes out of that race unscathed then he has to have a chance here. He won his maiden in decent style at Catterick previously, and he remains unexposed so he could be worth another chance. Strawberry Moon looks the main danger as she is in terrific form and she has a good draw today. She was all-out to score on her return from a lengthy break last time but she should strip fitter for that and she can go well. Bere Davis won by a narrow margin at Thirsk last time but he is not ideally drawn for one that likes to make-all and on that basis we will take him on. Prince Evelith hails from a yard in good form and he should be suited by this drop in trip. Theonebox and Campli are others to consider but for the winner we will stick with Cotswolds.
