Verdict

A small but competitive field goes to post for this fillies handicap but the principals look to be Heneseys Leg, Penny Cross and Cyclonic Storm and thew vote goes to Heneseys Leg. The selection has won her last two races and a reproduction of her win over Lady Mcnair would make her hard to beat. Penny Cross rates the main danger on her best form but she has looked a shadow of her former self this season so can not be backed with any confidence. Cyclonic Storm was a fair third on her debut this season behind Sharp Needle, she is sure e to have come on for the run and has definite place claims. Route Sixty Six needs to improve on her latest efforts to trouble the judge, the same comment applies to East Riding and for the winner we return to Heneseys Leg.
