Folga, Why Now and Alpaga Le Jomage are the three to consider here and preference is with the perennial loser Alpaga Le Jomage, who must win one day, and it could well be today! Folga was just held by Peopleton Brook at Sandown last time and was gaining at the finish. He will enjoy this stiff uphill finish, and is a recent winner, rarely running a bad race, and the yard is going well. The same can be said of Why Now, and Kevin Ryan's runner was right behind Folga at Sandown and must go close here. He is also a recent winner and is relatively unexposed. Alpaga Le Jomage also shows plenty of pace and threatened to win at Newmarket on Saturday before being run out of it in the closing stages. He was unlucky that day and was denied a clear run at a crucial stage and can take this. Alpaga Le Jomage gets the vote.
