Needwood Mystic won this race last year and should again have too much class for her rivals; Exalted and River Of Fire should prove best of the rest. Amanda Perrett's mare got up close home to land this race last year, and has already proved her worth this season, winning at Hamilton and Doncaster. As a result, she now runs off a mark 12 pounds higher than last year's success, but this game and consistent mare should have enough class to defy top weight and land this for the sceond year running. Exalted comes here in fair form, having won at Ayr in May, and he was a fair second over this course and distance last time out. He finished fourth behind Needwood Mystic in this race last year, and is now nine pounds better off, so this ten-year-old certainly cannot be ruled out lightly. River Of Fire has a good jockey on board, was a winner at Folkestone last month and gets weight from most of his rivals so is another with claims, but Needwood Mystic is just preferred.
