Verdict

ALTOBELLI won a bumper at Exeter a year ago and made a successful hurdling debut at Ffos Las in December where he defied a few mistakes. He'll have learnt plenty and can defy a penalty though Knockanore also carries extra for a course and distance victory and can't have been right when running poorly in a Chepstow handicap. Ballybeg Boss only had two to beat when landing an Irish point but has done well since joining Donald McCain, placed in a bumper and a Wetherby maiden hurdle. Robert D'ores is bred for chasing and scored between the flags at Dromahane in December.
