In depth

Verdict

Iorangi De L'Isle won a maiden point at Borris House last winter and Donald McCain has a good strike-rate here with his bumper horses, though the yard is in the doldrums at present. Dedicated Hero and Tommys Law have both placed twice between the flags while Cracking Rhapsody won a four-runner bumper at Perth in June when easy to back. The filly RULA BULA represents last year’s winning stable. There is speed in her pedigree and she could be worth a speculative wager if the market speaks in her favour. Diamond Mix is another newcomer worth a second look.
