A wide open contest rounds off proceedings and again the draw may prove all important. But the main protagonists appear Fen Gypsy, Beamish Prince and Oscar Pepper and we will take a chance on Beamish Prince. The colt from the Mark Johnson yard showed improved form when third behind Blythe Spirit and a reproduction of that form would make him hard to batten Gypsy rates the main danger she was a good second behind Master Robbed last time and that form has since being franked. Oscar Pepper is also worthy of consideration despite top weight, he was a good third behind Everset despite having no luck in running he will not be far away with conditions in his favour. Gifted Flame is another that could go well. He has plenty of ability but does not always use it. Of the remainder Technician is from a yard in form and any market confidence should be noted.
