A large field goes to post for this maiden but on closer inspection not many can be given a chance but the main protagonists appear to be High Action My Mellors and Chantress and we will take a chance on High Action. The colt from the Sir Michael Stoute yard was a fair second behind Racing Night last time out despite running green. He is sure to have come on for the run and he will be hard to beat. My Mellors rates the main danger on form but with the Henry Cecil yard still going through a lean spell he is readily opposed. Chantress was a good second on his debut behind South Atlantic and is sure to improve so he is another that should be in the shake up. Of the remainder Pekan Lady and Jordans Elect have shown a modicum of ability in lesser races but they may do better in handicaps.
