In depth

Verdict

Thyne For Intersky hacked up on his debut and should be capable of defying a penalty over Loi de Martiale and newcomer Broctune Melody. Jonjo O'Neill's charge had been ready to run for sometime before finally making his racecourse bow at Market Rasen a fortnight ago, with Cardington behind. He could really do with ground no faster than good but is a promising sort who should be up to shouldering a penalty. A future chaser in the making, he can follow at this level for the time being and should be too strong for Loi de Martiale, third at Perth and who is a slow maturing sort anyway. Mary Reveley always has one or two promising bumper sorts and it would be no surprise if Broctune Melody were to prove a cut above average. However, he will do well to lower the colours of Thyne For Intersky who looks all set to double his tally.
