Arthur's Realm and BROOMY LAW came home first and second in a mile handicap at Ripon back in May on soft ground. They now meet on forecast quicker ground and with the latter better off at the weights for a neck defeat. Kevin Ryan's inmate may also have greater scope for improvement after just three starts and it would not surprise to see Tom Eaves set out to make all. Tommaso and Alyara look likely improvers now handicapping, whilst both Silvestris and Noble Crusade have consistent profiles and there's no reason to suspect they'll not be competitive again in an open contest.
